Gatekeeper Web Portal
Added opt-in configuration while opting out a person
When you opt out a person, you can now configure the number of days that need to pass before the agent can offer the person to opt in again. The configuration accepts the following values:
- -1: Never offer to opt-in
- 0: Reset, which means offer to opt in next time a person calls
- Any positive integer: Future days from now plus 1 day. Accepted values are from 1 to 36500.
Combined correlated engagements count within configured timespan
On the Engagements page, you can now combine the number of correlated engagements count within a configured timespan (for example, 48-hour time window, forward and backward) on a per scope basis. This helps when the Correlation ID might not be unique over longer time intervals. To use this feature, open a support ticket.
Replaced standalone APIs (Verify and DKF) with AnalyzeAudio API
The Gatekeeper web admin portal now uses AnalyzeAudio API instead of the standalone APIs (Verify and DKF) for the following UI actions:
- Verify
- Compare to Person(s)
- Compare to Fraudster(s)

Known Issues
gk_fraudster_id by gk_voiceprint_profile_id, it gets NOT_FOUND as the voiceprint was deleted.
WAV header duration value is unreliable when fetching media through GetMedia API, GetMediaUnmasked API, or through /media URL obtained from the PublishMedia or PublishUnmaskedMedia API.
Use duration provided by the GetMediaInfo API instead of relying on the duration of the WAV header.
Any NVSL frameworks at 16 kHz don’t work, as Gatekeeper doesn’t support 16 kHz audio yet:
- FACTORY_TI_16kHz_10
- FACTORY_TI_16kHz_9
- FACTORY_TI_16kHz_8_2
- FACTORY_TI_16kHz_8
- FACTORY_TI_16kHz_7_2
Clustering and Backward Search have the following limitations:
- No estimations available for media collection.
- Clustering and Backward Search require manual scaling.
